Former Employee - On-Site Property Manager

I worked at Mental Health Center of Denver full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

Great benefits package, they want all managers in a union and that union keeps the income and benefits very fair, they support wellness (physically and mentally) in staff, work and life balance.... Maternity FMLA with some paid through your remaining PTO. Retirement, company picnics, college reimbursement (after they heard is all for it), and we could donate hours of PTO if a staff member was struggling through medical and was out of PTO- loved the charity mentality!

Cons

Its a big organization and spread out over the city. You could be mostly alone in your work or given large case loads because of how quickly they were growing. I did fine, but depending on location... you could be over elements or on your own.

Advice to Management

Keep encouraging the sense of safety and wellness in the work place. It's working for everyone!

"I feel valued"Oct 2, 2019

Current Employee - Mental Health Specialist

I have been working at AllHealth Network part-time for less than a year

Pros

The values and culture at AllHealth Network make this a wonderful place to work. Having worked in community mental health for over 20 years, I have been very happy working for the organization thus... far (it's been 3 months). The leadership team is relational and kind and allows for transparency, which creates a culture of collaboration and "we are all in this together" mentality. I feel appreciated and valued and I'm so glad I chose to work here.

Cons

I do not have any cons to share.
