I worked at Mercer for less than a year

Pros

You have the opportunity to work on multiple projects with allows you to gain a lot of experience and exposure in a short period of time. The team was very supportive and had a great culture.

Cons

Mostly focused on compensation, pay, rewards, etc. which is not a Con but this particular subset of HC consulting is their bread and butter. Just something to be aware of.

I worked at LEAP part-time for more than a year

Pros

It felt like I was part of a family there. Everyone on my team helped me if I had a question about something. I felt like I was around a bunch of like-minded people every time I went into work.

Cons

There really isn't many downsides. Some of the members of other teams could be a little overbearing at times.
