Pros

Incredible group of mission focused professionals doing the right thing to service the customer timely and professionally. The executive leadership invests a large amount of time in the people... ensuring a cohesive unit that believes in each other and the value the organization provides to the technical world and the warfighter.

Cons

Extremely fast paced organization in hyper growth mode. This is extremely challenging, rewarding and fun all at the same time.

Advice to Management

Continue to invest in and protect the culture and values of Mercury Systems, feels like we are just getting started!
