Featured Review

Current Employee - Registered Nurse

I have been working at Mercy full-time for less than a year

Pros

Faith Based, Co-Worker family / culture of acceptance, Benefits, Opportunity for Advancement. The Interview process for the position I took was fast, easy and accommodating! Make use of their "Nurse... Recruiter" !

Cons

In general they pay just slightly less than some of their competitors in my career field. This is not always true, and when it is they are still competitive ; but generally speaking its an... acknowledged fact.

Advice to Management

My experience with the management team thus far has been top notch!
