Advice to Management

Management has been awesome through A LOT of necessary change. Keep up the great work, and continue to communicate all updates and changes to your teams that would directly impact them! Keeping your... teams in the loop, as you have been, will continue to improve loyalty, and understanding, making any challenges easier to accept and overcome. Recently COVID-19 has changed A LOT with our offices, and our Upper Management has made it their TOP priority to accommodate employees, by allowing many employees to work from home, while tending to their family. ALL WHILE, keeping their financial stability, and job security intact. THIS IS A HUGE RELIEF, as many AMERICANS have to start the process of filing for unemployment. MAC is a GREAT company to work for!
