- great pay - great opportunities - decent work life balance - creative - intelligent team members - ERGs - innovative

Cons

- very large - contractors can’t be part of certain things - briefs aren’t clear - only can work with vendors in the system and to onboard a vendor is a long process. This prevents many BIPOC vendors... from being used even though Meta does a pretty decent just in prioritizing inclusion
