Great benefits and extremely competitive compensation. Most of all I love the genuine support from the upper management. This is a company with a real focus on employee development.
The only negative is unless you're willing to relocate, direct promotions can be difficult because there is very little turnover.
Advice to Management
True advise, at least in this region, keep treating your employees like family and success will continue.

Had security cameras installed on each employees desktop to see what he was typing
hr in London was bad and she had skills of hiring labroures at perhaps a real estate or a chemical factory and not software based hiring . if anyone was seeing mobile for 5 minutes he would get... email from hr, which was a show cause notice company had tax authority raiding its offices. I think the company is closed now may be still having skeletal staff. apart from the UK staff that should be there. Micromanaging. Even People from UK left quickly. Everybody was proudly kicked out. All positive reviews are fake. 45 minutes lunch 10 minutes break, if anyone comes late. He would have to explain in written communication. 6pm was off time, no employee stayed in office after 6:01pm. Such was the motivation. Saturdays were working for Indian staff but not for UK staff. Cameras installed in lunch room to monitor on gossips. Dirty office. No proper access to building . Office in a dirty area. Disapprove of ceo whose methods were close to stupidity. Many employees have complimented him the same while leaving. !!Dont join!! unless you have strong financial crisis and even then look for a better job immediately after joining. This company isn't worth our time. HR from UK will give her further comments to this and other negative posts but thats just face saving and no real efforts of ethics. Let me ask her why there are so man negative posts about the company then? BEWARE

They deserve what they are no advice. Learn to be human. Grow out from greed and Power plays.
