Former Employee - Account Manager

I worked at Metronet full-time for less than a year

Pros

gained some knowledge and skills

Cons

No mentoring program, no investment in new employees or team members, unavailable tools for getting the job done, no education or training program, poor work environment, no developed marketing... strategy

Advice to Management

Build sustainable marketing strategy, invest in new members as well in education, mentoring and training programs

Current Employee - Director

I have been working at Metronet full-time for less than a year

Pros

Metronet cares about its people and offers fun, challenging work environments. You're able to THINK and execute ideas as barrier-free as any company I've worked with.

Cons

In my area of business, you're able to help create the playbook in line with company goals & values vs. having an old, dusty playbook you have to follow (if that's a con for you).
