Have met welcoming and helpful people. Good benefits / time off pay. Enjoy working remote a lot with only occasional trips needed to the office. I like the company values and sincere support the... company has for the community. I am learning and hope to be here a long time.
Cons
Lots of people have negative experiences and it is hard not to get overwhelmed with it because things for me have been good so far. Sad there has been a lot of negative change for some. I do wonder... if people are not happy why stay and be miserable/complain instead of going another place where one can be happy? Overall the people are nice and will help if you need it.
