Current Employee - Trainer

Pros

I love this work place. I am truly excited to go to work each day. I love the mission of MSUFCU, the employees that work here, the core values which are genuinely upheld, the pay and benefits, and... the continuous change, innovation, and new opportunities. If you put energy in, you get so much in return. Lots of ability to move into other roles - it happens consistently. I feel recognized and appreciated. I might retire from the place.

Cons

Some mid-level managers are under skilled. Some areas could be more diverse.
