Featured Review

Current Employee - Tech Architect

I have been working at Micro Focus full-time for more than 10 years

Pros

Flexi timing, Great Managers, Open door & 360 degree feedback, Good Bonus which is top of your CTC (most of the companies include bonus as part of CTC)

Cons

Nothing specific what I can think of

Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

I have been working at Shimano full-time

Pros

Monday through Friday 9am-530pm. Company events are pretty cool. Managers run a tight ship and make the operational run smoothly.

Cons

Lots of overtime. Which can be a bad thing when you need to be somewhere else after your scheduled time

Advice to Management

Recognize team more often. A “good job” goes a long way.
