Current Employee - Marketing

Pros

The leadership is top-notch, no doubt. They know their stuff and how to keep things running smoothly. They are super effective yet approachable, so I never feel like I am walking on eggshells... interacting with them. The work environment is a breath of fresh air, no bs tolerated here. None of that pointless office drama or red tape to slow me down. It’s all about getting things done efficiently and being agile. They really embrace new ideas and are open to take risks. It is like being part of a team of go-getters who are all on the same wavelength. The benefits package is amazing. They really took care of their employees, offering great health insurance and perks. They understand the importance of having a life outside of work and encourage people to maintain that balance.

Cons

Sometimes they're too agile and lean that it feels like they don't give initiatives enough time to blossom into something amazing.

Current Employee - Associate

Pros

Cvent creates a culture for employees where they feel comfortable sharing opinions and ideas. This is the only company I have worked for, and I intend to stay a very long time.

Cons

We have moved to a hybrid work schedule, and some employees would prefer to be fully remote. I personally enjoy being in the office.
