I have been working at Microlise full-time for more than a year

Pros

I feel I joined Microlise Pune at the right time, because since my joining I am only seeing improvements all around. More importantly, I am a key "change agent", which is a great learning experience.... Apart from guiding the existing team for quantifiable improvements, I was key in on-boarding over 10 new engineers so far. The new blood circulation is helping bring in new ideas and shade historical baggage. The local leadership has robust product company experience and that shows in everything. There is focus on work life balance because there is no loan or VC pressure. It is a financially robust company with a recurring revenue generation model. Softskill and technical training programs are also provided by the company.

Cons

Growth pangs in technology companies are typical and part of the learning process. Technical leadership from Pune needs to be able to showcase their capability better, they feel on a backfoot at... times.

Advice to Management

Top UK leadership needs to visit and spend some time at the Pune office.

1. Challenging environment 2. Good recognition of work 3. Employees health and relocation are well taken care in united states. 4. Lot of different version of the project role will be offered.

Cons

1. The promotion is slow process and the hike is also not great. 2. Ready for relocation in every 6-7 months. 3. Consultant life will be sometime painful 4. Always ready for travel to new location... with you family.

Advice to Management

Some Senior people have to learn how to treat employee fairly.
