Current Employee - Imaging Engineer

I have been working at Microsoft full-time for more than a year

Pros

Excellent team and great work place

Cons

None as of current time period

Former Employee - Anonymous Employee

I worked at Business-e full-time for more than a year

Pros

You are on your client doing what you want to do with your time; sometimes it could happen to do a lot of work when involved in "management-like" activities, but happens to few people

Cons

Sometimes people are angry to you if you are late, but the real cons is they don't pay you much even if you know a very rare technology, firewall, etc...

Advice to Management

Sell better, fares for some really uncommon platforms installation/management or some difficult activities should be higher, and give real benefits to people.
