Featured Review

Current Employee - Consulting Hardware Engineer

I have been working at Microsoft full-time for more than a year

Pros

Good work life balance, great company to work for.

Cons

Slow growth, can take a while to be promoted to new levels.

"Interesting Work"Feb 14, 2018

Former Employee - Anonymous Employee

I worked at Computer Modules full-time

Pros

Casual atmosphere Great pay with decent benefits and retirement Interesting work in an interesting field

Cons

Elderly owner runs business like it's still the 70's. No current software. Uncomfortable with changes. High administrative staff turnover due to 70's mentality towards women.

Advice to Management

Create a legacy plan.
