Pros

Great company with amazing culture. The compensation is competitive in the US and UK.

Cons

Lots of ambiguity but you can see this as a positive if you like to learn through challenges. It was the perfect scenario for me.

Keep caring about your people and rewarding based on performance. It will keep us going.

Caring, supportive management. Great work/life balance. Many opportunities to learn new technical skills. Was mostly remote before the pandemic, so has handled the transition to full remote very well.

Cons

Financial constraints limit salary headroom.
