Current Employee - Senior Consultant

I have been working at Microsoft full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

Lots of opportunities for growth, great culture, good benefits, flexibility.

Cons

Very competitive when it comes to rewards, bonuses and promotions. Different roles have different incentives that don't align towards the same goal. Lots of heavy travel sometimes.

Advice to Management

Too many mid-level managers in between the top execs, so employees feel disconnected at times. Time to trim down the bureaucracy and get rid of useless roles.

Nothing as such, i always loved this company and have no cons to mention
