Former Employee - Customer Success

I worked at Marin Software full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

Company has maintained a very positive culture of teamwork that starts from the top - the motto is "Keep it real" and the transparency and openness to new ideas is a key part of making Marin a great... place to work. Helping customers be successful is a core philosophy across all teams, and there's a strong sense of mission.

Cons

The digital marketing landscape is a very dynamic space - new concepts, features and ideas are always springing up. This presents challenges for an advertising technology company to keep up and... develop features for customers.

Advice to Management

Keep the focus on the customer and their key needs - a true partner with service and technology to help them succeed in the digital advertising space.
