Pros
Work life balance Good environment
Cons
none to say. its a good place
Pros
Really nice workspace. Given basically anything you need to succeed (Snacks, Bose noise cancelling headphones, stand up desks, etc.) Management gives younger people a chance to grow and gain... authority within the company. A handful of employees were hired straight out of college. Office culture / keeping employees happy seems to be important since they provide perks like breakfast and lunch throughout the week, and are pretty liberal with time off requests. For the most part, the team is really laid back and likes to joke around. Everyone's trying to have a good time, while also working hard.
Cons
There's a lot to learn in the beginning and there's not a clear training method. When you get an upset customer, they can be very hostile. Its hard to console them or know what to do when we can't... always give them what they want. Since its an open floor plan, it can get sort of loud when all of the reps are on the phone at once.
