"Amazing company"Jan 17, 2020

Current Employee - Software Developer

I have been working at Microsoft full-time for less than a year

Pros

Great work life balance, interesting projects.

Cons

Besides the absence of free food, there is not much to complain about.

"Avoid"Sep 22, 2017

Former Employee - Anonymous Employee

I worked at Utimaco Safeware full-time

Pros

The product has good performance and is as reliable as their 2 main competitors

Cons

The product still has many limitations and is falling behind their 2 main competitors in terms of current market requirements. The main reason is that the product managers are based in Germany and... don't focus on the US customer requirements and still try to please mainly the customers in Germany. Travel expenses are limited to staying only at 2 start hotels, around US$60 per day for meals and you need to submit travel expenses in an excel spreadsheet.
