Featured Review

Current Employee - User Experience Designer

I have been working at Microsoft full-time

Pros

The nicest company around right now

Cons

Legacy systems and people bring it down

Current Employee - Senior Software Engineer

I have been working at Waymo full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

Great place to work as an engineer, due to the likely large impact of self driving on the world, the many cutting edge problems that need to be solved, many awesome colleagues, great software... engineering tools and infrastructure shared with Google, healthy collaborations with other research teams within Alphabet, leading to a fast pace of innovation, particularly in AI.

Cons

I'd say we're experiencing some growing pains as we try to scale everything up.
