I worked at Select 1 full-time for more than a year
Pros
Money was good. Enviroment was excellent. Overall a really good company to work for. The equipment was well maintained and taken care of.
Cons
Staying gone away from home for months at a time. But each driver new that this could happen before you were hired.
Advice to Management
Consider having a few driver managers and pay them for it. Let them show leadership at shows and etc.
