Gym The company is trying to improve Possibility of changing position internally

Depending on the team and managers you can get a pretty bad environment in your team The company il old fashioned on the system they use and procedures Most of the managers are working in the... company for over 20 years that makes that the company doesn't progress on their procedures

Advice to Management

Procedures and mentality that worked 15 years ago are not necessarily god these days.
