Former Employee - Contracts Manager

I worked at Miki Travel full-time for more than a year

Pros

Stable company to work for. The majority of employees have been working for the company for many years, which is a positive sign. The managers are very knowledgeable and supportive. My colleagues... were all very friendly and always helpful. For those who look for stability and a very organised company, this is the perfect organization to work for.

Cons

Perhaps, fewer procedures and more flexibility could motivate more employees. High performance can be achieved even with fewer checks.

Advice to Management

The management should offer employees more flexibility. Employees should be more focused on the final result instead of the procedures. Micro-management should be left to employees. to reach the... high-performance level.
