Weekends seldom but are required. Taking time off can sometimes lead to high backlog requiring OT to catch up. Vacation accrual is a bit weak, 80 hrs a year after 1 year, and then 7 years until next... bump to 120 hours and 7 more years after that to next level 40 more hours

Get more paid time off to spend with family
