Featured Review

Former Employee - Business Analyst

I worked at MillenniumIT full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

Lot of opportunities to learn Get exposed to client work pretty quickly Can work your way up if you are willing to go the distance Get to be part of the cutting edge technology in capital markets... industry

Cons

Work would be hectic Expect to dive into the deep end from the get go You might end up doing client work while you are still learning the product

Advice to Management

Better work-life balance needs to be promoted Compensation schemes could be made more transparent Should not let the informal culture go under the rug

Current Employee - Menu Supervisor

I have been working at Sysco LABS full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

For as long as I have worked for this company they have always done these really nice employee morale boosters. From silly fun stuff to celebrate to our weekly lunches they are always sending the... message that they care about our happiness. They also demonstrate this in how they handle employee dissatisfaction. If you are upset for any reason, doesn't even have to be work related, there is an open door policy and your supervisor is encouraged to take the time to listen and if possible help resolve what might be bothering you.

Cons

I just don't have anything to list here.

Advice to Management

Keep up the forward movement, the growth and the employee first environment that has always made this a great place to work.
