Featured Review

Current Employee - Vice President Engineering

I have been working at MindTouch, Inc. full-time for less than a year

Pros

- All MindTouchers I work with genuinely want to do the right thing, and do things the right way - Office is really nice and fun location Downtown - Regular social activities and fun traditions -... Smart people who are open to learning from one another - Great product, well engineered, and lots more potential

Cons

We're not completely through some of the ripples of past organizational changes yet, but I expect that to have settled down in a few months

Advice to Management

Stay on the current path; it's working

Current Employee - Content Marketing Specialist

I have been working at Reliant Funding full-time for less than a year

Pros

-CEO wants Hard Work and a Great Attitude because that is what is given from him (very rare to see a CEO who practices what is advised to others) -All leadership at various levels have an open-door... policy and ready to answer any questions you may have. -The people that are hired are focused, driven, kind and supportive of one another. -Coffee machines are bomb (3+ years as a barista-qualified to have that opinion) -Work/Life balance is super important here, love that as a person who tends to be a "workaholic"

Cons

-No dogs allowed (allergies-totally understandable but a bummer nonetheless)

Advice to Management

DISC should be required for every team and employee.
