Advice to Management

Manager

Former Intern - Software Engineer

I worked at Transonic Combustion for less than a year

Pros

The management is friendly and courteous, they like to work together, and they try their best to maintain a safe environment. They also encourage exercise during lunch hours. They also appear to have... a successful future.

Cons

There are occasional arguments among employees that can be difficult to resolve. There was no onsite sports equipment when I was there.

Advice to Management

Perhaps they could try to reuse more of their existing ideas and work.
