Former Employee - FNP

I worked at Minute Clinic part-time for more than a year

Pros

excellent company, good pay, good benefits

Cons

No disadvantages, excellent company to work

Advice to Management

none

Former Employee - Security Officer

I worked at People's Health Centers full-time for more than a year

Pros

You see the greatest of people every day that you come to work, and they're all set to help every client that comes through the door. The staff is knowledgeable and courteous and a pleasure to talk... to. The organization provides learning opportunities, an incredible benefits package, and active care for its employees' needs. I vote BJK as the best place to work, period.

Cons

Visits to peripheral branches for feedback were minimal, but I believe that was addressed and it is being improved.

Advice to Management

Sharing the business plan, at least in general, would give employees an even greater feeling of belonging and involvement. It wouldn't take more than a a few notes in the newsletter.
