Current Employee - Software Engineer

I have been working at Digital Monitoring Products Inc. full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

DMP is the best place I have ever worked. There are plenty of opportunities for career advancement, and it is a rapidly growing company. They have a doctor's office in-house and have company... picnics every summer that are great if you have kids. They are also big on charity work, and regularly do company drives to help with causes in the area.

Cons

Health insurance is a high deductible plan, though the clinic is $5 dollars per visit for employees and dependants. Pay is somewhere around the middle range, but they are instituting levels to... many positions that allow for performance based pay raises.

Advice to Management

A daycare would be great, or possibly higher base pay.
