Current Employee - Human Resources Leader

I have been working at JBT full-time for more than a year

Pros

JBT is an organization comprised of some very talented individuals. It is almost a "best-kept secret". While the company may not be the size of other large industrial manufacturing companies, it... definitely looks to hire people of equal or higher talent as found in those companies. The company's global presence and diversified portfolio help to support its strong economic performance. The CEO and Executive Leadership Team have done a great job of laying out a vision and a path forward.

Cons

There is definitely no shortage of work. This is not an organization for someone who wants to "coast" at any level. There is no doubt an emphasis on getting results which creates stress but never at... the expense of safety or quality.

Advice to Management

Work to help reduce benefit cost a little year over year.
