Advice to Management

None

Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

I have been working at System Logistics full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

Solid technology, good coworkers and international experience.

Cons

Poor leadership, no respect for an individual from the top, which equates to trickle down to all levels, poor strategy for the company- work is reactive, poor communication with corporate that is... located in Italy, and by poor its zero communication as the CEO does not support direct contact with corporate, Micro management from the CEO, every decision is second guessed, very negative environment created by the US CEO, employees are afraid to work independently or make decisions in fear of reprimand from the US CEO.

Advice to Management

Management knows the current poor environment and working condition created by the CEO in the US, but cannot make changes as this CEO reports to the Corporate CEO. The US CEO is creating a toxic... environment where no one is able to give input or is afraid to give input.
