Being absolutely disrespected, belittled and micromanaged. Underpaid and not even treated like a human being. I was once growled at while saying good morning.

Advice to Management

Do not ignore your coworkers and talk badly about them when the office is open and everyone can hear. If you hire young people, they will leave because of the lack of respect, tolerance and overall... negative environment. Everyone talks badly about one another, no one wants you to succeed and everyone thrives off negativity. You have potential! Change things. CEO is great. Everyone else - not so much.
