I have been working at MoneyGram International full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

With 2,000+ employees around the globe, each person has the ability to influence company direction in their everyday work (like a start-up). Great place to learn a wide variety of skills on the job.... If you’re comfortable with change, you will thrive and have opportunities to grow. Solid U.S. benefits: 12 week 100% paid maternity leave, 4 weeks of PTO to start, and 11 paid holidays.

Cons

Fast paced, sometimes the global nature of the work can provide challenges to work through.

Advice to Management

Invest in employees and continue to show how important everyone is to the company’s success.

Pros

a company truly driven by its core values and goes the extra mile to invest in their people free access to TrueU partnership with Elements Financial Mission trip to Mexico can work from home... within reason

Cons

some growing pains as they adjust to reinventing themselves... but at least they are changing. 401k does not start until after 1 year

keep raising the bar and trying new things, but remember to stay true to your why
