Featured Review

Current Employee - Instructional Designer

I have been working at MoneyGram International full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

They live their core values of Integrity, Respect and Commitment! Employees are valued, PTO, Benefits, and Schedules are focused on balance.

Cons

Very flat organization means there isn't a lot of opportunity for career progression. (not really a con because people are happy in their roles and are staying)

Advice to Management

We need to share more of the incredible work that is being done with the public!

Current Employee - Product Manager

I have been working at RealPage full-time for more than a year

Pros

I made the journey out to Richardson after an acquisition, and it's turned out to be one of the best decisions I've made. The facilities are amazing (Starbucks, cafeteria, gym, suites for traveling... employees), it will rival any campus in Silicon Valley. Being a newcomer to the company, the professional culture and welcoming atmosphere have been a great change of pace. Participating the Corporate Challenge was definitely one of the highlights of the year for me. I got a chance to meet with people from other departments that I wouldn't normally get a chance to interact with. Ultimately, it's the people that really make this a great company to work for.

Cons

If there was one gripe, I would say trying to find a permanent team/department after the acquisition took a little longer than expected.

Advice to Management

The company has been great about soliciting constructive feedback from their employees.
