I have been working at Monotype full-time for more than a year

Pros

Good work-life balance, easy communication with senior management and great opportunity to grow. Friendly, supportive and helpful team members and management. Amazin benefits and events. Flexible... working hours and work from home add an extra edge to the flexibility.

Cons

Compensation, Raise and Bonuses are low as per the cost of living and pay in the "Boston area".

I worked at Diksha Technologies full-time for less than a year

Pros

I had great experience working with Diksha Technologies . Worked in this company for almost a decade. - They have a clear vision - Company was inclined to product development along with... strong consulting base in telecom domain. - They have high , medium and low budget projects with Telecom jaints across the globe ( I was deployed in multiple offshore and long term onsite projects ) - Competent pay scale ( provided you've skills worth it, no charity work :) ) - Flexibility - If you are loyal to the company and its growth , it will favor you and help you grow and support you, and i second that! - Domain expertise : They have some amazing bunch of folks who are gems in Telecom domain. you can find employees sticking in this company for longer term. They back their long term employee. Most importantly they are into this industry over 15-16yrs, they know what they are doing.

Cons

- For consultants Appraisal process can be better. Company should focus more on their total billable days and employees long term vision in the company. - Should provide better perks and benefits... as Diksha is no small term business company. - should make use of bench time of resources by training them in potential technologies or open source products - Company should encourage employees to complete their certifications on relevant platforms/technologies
