Pros

Loved working for Montage and the great opportunities they offered. Great work life balance but you enjoy the work and people so much it makes the day fly by.

Cons

If you aren't familiar with hospitality it may take some time getting use to their way of doing things.

Gorgeous location, staff/HR/management really try to be authentic and make sure employees are happy and inspired. Amazing people to work with!

Cons
