Former Employee - Anonymous Employee

I worked at Morgan McKinley full-time

Pros

Open culture, diverse employees, good opportunity for young employees.

Cons

Training is not well developed, internal politics.

Advice to Management

Improve training, address problems faster, more transparency.

Former Employee - Recruitment Consultant

I worked at PageGroup full-time for more than a year

Pros

-Fantastic environment with people you end up considering family -Incredible career growth opportunities (very clearly defined benchmarks to reach promotions that come with both a title change and... salary increase) -Fun rewards - when you hit specific targets there are a lot of celebrations! For example, if you are a top achiever you get to go on a quarterly trip to places like Las Vegas or Miami! -Supportive and approachable leadership - I want to take the time to specifically mention the Managing Director in the Michael Page Boston Office - Sean Rogerson. Sean is an incredible leader and mentor who takes the time to get to know everyone in the office and make sure he is helping them grow and succeed. It is not often you come across a leader who does this so individually all while leading a fast-growing office of 60! -International opportunities to transfer offices further into your career

Cons

-Nothing to note here! Michael Page and Page Group as a whole is a great international organization. Definitely a work hard play hard environment!
