Featured Review

Current Employee - IT Associate

I have been working at Morgan Stanley full-time for more than a year

Pros

Knowledgeable and respectful colleagues, exciting business, competitive compensation, learning supports, mobility program, generous RRSP matching programs and vacation package. Great place to work... and to learn about financial products.

Cons

Only cons I could think of is fast pace work environment which is pretty normal for this type of business. Promotion is slow.

Advice to Management

Keep up the great work culture and promote work life balance. More vacation days after 3 years would be great. Promote internal talent to keep top talent.

Current Employee - CSA - Client Service Associate

I have been working at UBS full-time for less than a year

Pros

Great company, good hours and benefits, awesome group to work with

Cons

Training could be updated and streamlined to be more effective

Advice to Management

Keep up the good work!
