Featured Review

Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

I have been working at Morton Salt full-time for less than a year

Pros

Great, growing company with trusted, iconic brands Dynamic, personable CEO with a strong vision for the future Long and strong history of success Great office space and culture

Cons

Going through some changes but what good company isn't?

Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

I have been working at Windsor Salt full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

If you are looking for stability and a long term career, I would not recommend this company. Lack of professionalism and education; due diligence before before you make a decision, you will most... probably regret if you do not spend the time to research.

Cons

There are too many to list here, do yourself a favor and spend a few hours reading through the Morton Salt (parent company/head office) company reviews. Ask yourself many questions and draw you own... conclusions.

Advice to Management

Look at yourself in the mirror and ask to speak to your conscience
