Current Employee - Graphic Designer

I have been working at Moxie full-time for more than a year

Pros

Cool office, dedicated and talented coworkers

Cons

IT support isn't in the office but usually isn't too difficult to get a hold of.

Former Intern - New Business/Design

I worked at Maxus Global Media

Pros

What stood out about Maxus, aside from work ethic and drive for success, was their effort to create an invigorating and inviting environment within the workplace. They worked really hard to build a... commumity and create camaraderie amongst coworkers by dedicating time throughout the month for everyone to take a break and learn more about various teams and current projects. Everyone is super friendly and helpful, I felt welcomed the moment I stepped in. Also, Maxus is a part of the larger umbrella company-Group M, so as an intern you are offered the opportunity to learn about other sectors of the corporation. Very involved with hands on experience and treated as an employee more over a coffee running intern. Also, lots of free food, cool give aways and swag, company parties, and casual dress!

Cons

No paid overtime, but it was a paid internship! Not a whole lot, but better than nothing.
