Featured Review

Current Employee - Software Engineer()

I have been working at Mphasis full-time

Pros

A great place to learn and gain experience. Started here knowing only principles of coding but after training I was confident in my skills as a full stack java developer.

Cons

The pay could be a little higher but given the fact they train you and help you gain professional experience I think it a fair trade off.

Former Employee - Apprentice Leader

I worked at Mu Sigma full-time

Pros

Very steep learning curve for a first job Smart and driven peer group Enables self realization - are you born to be a leader or not?

Cons

Working hours - but not really a concern in the first few years of your career

Advice to Management

Empathy being lost in the name of disruption and scale. Need more empathetic leaders.
