Former Intern - Applications Developer

I worked at Mudbug Media for less than a year

Pros

Great laid-back office culture. Free snacks and constantly trying to be on the cutting edge. Small enough to get some experience in a number of different areas. Great management. Other little... perks sprinkled around like free Jazz Fest tickets.

Cons

Not many cons, pay could've been better.

Advice to Management

Keep doing what you're doing, I enjoyed my time at Mudbug. Keep the culture good.

Current Employee - Anonymous

I have been working at iSeatz full-time for less than a year

Pros

- Great work flexibility (remote work and work from home allowances) - Company-wide transparency regarding goals, initiatives, etc. - Generous company-paid benefits - Robust office culture with... clear message of inclusion and diversity - Fun events that promote camaraderie and recognize employee achievements/milestones iSeatz has some really great prospects for future ventures and I can't wait to see what the future holds.

Cons

None that I've noticed so far :)

Advice to Management

Keep up the great work! Your attention to employee needs and the importance of a great culture do not go unnoticed.
