Former Employee - Team Member

I worked at Muzak, LLC full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

It was a great environmental to work in with a very artistic flair; we had a lot of fun. Muzak "idol" and Halloween were always entertaining events along with other city center events when customers... were onsite.

Cons

The daily changing music genres and parking.

Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

I have been working at Red Ventures full-time for more than a year

Pros

If you aren't afraid to break things, but are devoted to correcting and improving immediately, you'll love Red Ventures. Egos don't do well here, and defensiveness is not an option. I found that... freeing, because it left me knowing exactly where I stood and how I could improve. Pay, raises and bonuses are generous if you embrace this philosophy.

Cons

The love of this company isn't universal. You either embrace "everything is written in pencil" or you don't. And Red Ventures understands that. They don't expect everyone to love the way they do... things -- or to stay. I will say that the people who thrive stay there for years.

Advice to Management

The business model is killer and the company culture rocks. Work hard to create processes that are easy to navigate when you on-board.
