Pros

-They are on point with pay!!! -There is a overall relaxed sense of work, I never feel stressed or pressured beyond the workload expected of me - The people are very friendly all the way to the... top -You can actually interact with the president of the company -Hours are crazy flexible -corporate benefits package is pretty good -unique work environment keeps the scene changing all the time - training is in-depth and management takes the time to guarantee your success within the company -Massive room for growth and expansion laterally and vertically within the company -freedom to work uninterrupted and without management breathing down your neck

Cons

-Antiquated industry, so the company is slow to embrace change and new tech -Corporate bureaucracy keeps simple tasks hard at times
