I have been working at NICE inContact full-time for more than a year

Pros

Everyone agrees it's an incredibly exciting time to be at NICE inContact! Financials are strong, we seem to be growing in all our locations globally, and we recently acquired a fantastic startup team... (Brand Embassy) in Prague. There's a lot of potential here with our partnership & you can feel the energy everywhere you go. Additionally - management has done some awesome things this year: Employee Appreciation Week, Global Community Month, Social Hours, and we're doing more now in the Diversity & Inclusion space -- all good things! I'm very optimistic about our future.

Cons

Only con I can think of is that we really need to improve our Parental Leave policies. We're really behind on this one - especially for a tech company. Even our local competitors in Utah have been... really ahead of us on this one. I hope our new VP of HR will address this soon.

Advice to Management

You're doing a fantastic job & all things are moving in the right direction. Let's keep communicating with employees in all groups - even when we're moving fast in all directions so we call all... keep everyone excited and engaged. And let's keep investing in employees - continuing to show that the employee experience is just as important as the customer experience... and we'll be THE leader in the market!

I have been working at RizePoint full-time for more than a year

Pros

Leadership cares about growth of each individual and their career path, open door EC meetings & good communication from top leadership, leaders are approachable, I feel empowered to do my job,... good work/life balance, good benefits, great culture and people, managers trust their employees and don't micromanage, good location.

Cons

Not much, other than many team members feel stress of having high work loads
