Current Employee - Personal Lines Representative

I have been working at NJM Insurance full-time for less than a year

Pros

Outstanding retirement matching, great health benefits, friendly people to help you succeed, and a lot of room for growth!

Cons

None that I can think of.....1 extra shift a month for the first two years, but you are well compensated.

Advice to Management

Management seems to be doing a very good job. The people that are there seem to be very happy and have no intention of leaving.
