Former Employee - Anonymous Employee

I worked at NORESCO full-time

Pros

The management team of the company is excellent. As a part of the team they look to help you grow in every way.

Cons

As a national company extensive travel is required. If you are not a road warrior this could be a problem

Current Employee - DevOps Manager

I have been working at Nexant full-time for more than a year

Pros

Making a difference in the world. Innovative and open to new ideas. Small enough that you can advance quickly with the right effort.

Cons

Process and procedures aren't always documented, so you have to roll with the punches sometimes.
