-Generous RSU distribution -Fantastic ESPP Discount -Competitive Industry Compensation -Subsidized, HEALTHY lunches: + free drinks and decent portion sizes. -Bountiful healthcare plans, including HSA... and FSA, with HSA contributions for Cigna and Kaiser - Hefty 401K and Roth IRA match -Lots of room for job growth within in the data centers. -Highly experienced, Happy and knowledgeable colleagues. -Campus is BEAUTIFUL with plenty of parking -CEO (Jensen) takes care of his employees... examples mentioned above ^^ -Company shuttle -Bar on campus

-No company morale events/parties -lack of fitness discounts. very limited to basic plans, at basic gyms. -high deductible for the HSA plan. -very basic dental plan.
