Pros
Experienced leadership and management with tenure than can span decades. Customer and goal oriented. Robust benefit package. Steady organic growth with stable environment. Made safety a top priority... during pandemic. Great facilities and offices that make the working environment very productive and enjoyable.
Cons
Hours can be long but manageable.

Pros
Fair salary, best benefits by far. Probably the best company to work and have a family, flexibility, etcetera.
Cons
Difficult to promote, big company so your work kind of blends in. There is a too equal treatment to professional people and no professional people which makes it unfair.
Advice to Management
Good workers pay for other people's neglect.
